We at Minco specialise in Induvidual and Corporate rentals thus ensuring a very professional atmosphere at the Guesthouse.

We have hosted a substantial number of Blue Chip Companies such as Stefanutti Stocks, Esco Weir Global, YN Construction, Engen Petroleum, Momentum Group, Discovery, Rensol, Manitou, Starcomms, Nedworld, Ilanga, Roadmac and many others. Our Google performance rating speaks for itself.

The Guesthouse is managed by an stay-in manager, who is in tune with the daily requirements of such individuals , thus ensuring that the "basics" are taken care of so our guests can focus on work.

The newly renovated Minco Guest House is situated close to OR Thambo International Airport (10 min) Gautrain Rhodes Station & Birchleigh Railway Station as well as major shopping centers, restaurants, clubs, pubs, and Emperors Casino is in close proximity.

There is safe parking on the property with remote gates, CCTV & electrified fencing. All rooms have TV's with select channels including Mnet, Mnet Movies,SuperSport & others.

Uncapped wifi (T's & C's apply).

Rooms are serviced weekly including the washing of laundry (no ironing) however ironing can be arranged at a nominal fee.

Monthly rentals commence at R6,050.00 for the en-suite rooms (1pax). There is a refundable room deposit equivalent to one month rental (payable over 2 months depending on duration of stay).

All of our rooms are en-suite, fully furnished and include the following:

  • Shared kitcheb, braai and relaxation area for tenants and their guests

  • Secure car parking

  • Remote control for the gates, granting freedom to come and go as you please

  • Long term stay visitors have to provide their own towels, crockery, toilet paper, coffee/tea and milk.  Linnen is provided
